The full set includes: 4 coconut ropes with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm and length of 10 m each, and 2 coconut ropes with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm and length of 5 m each (depending on user selection). 1. Safety risk assessment (internal risk analysis) In accordance with GPSR (Articles 5-7), an internal risk analysis has been conducted. Potential hazards:

• Risk of suffocation: The jute hood may restrict airflow if used improperly; ropes may cause constriction around the neck.
• Risk of skin injuries and circulation problems: Coconut ropes are rough and may cause abrasions, constrictions, or blood circulation disturbances during tying.
• Risk of falls and serious injuries: Using ropes for suspensions may lead to breakage or loss of control, resulting in a fall.
• Risk of allergy: Natural materials (coconut, jute) may trigger allergic reactions.
• Other risks: Falls, joint injuries, psychological or physical harm during improper use; lack of communication when using the hood.

Risks are minimised through the breathability of the hood and detailed recommendations in the instructions (e.g., monitoring, safety scissors, categorical prohibition of suspensions and tying in particularly risky areas). The product is safe when used correctly with informed consent and user knowledge. For the variant without the hood, risks are limited to the ropes (skin injuries, circulation, prohibition of suspensions).

1. Usage and safety instructions

• Preparation: Before use, inspect the ropes and (in the full set) the hood for damage. Wash with soap and water, dry naturally.
• Use of coconut ropes: Use exclusively for ground-based body tying in shibari/semenawa techniques. Ropes must never be used for suspensions – this poses a risk of serious injury or death. Obtain explicit consent from the partner. It is strictly prohibited to use ropes on the neck. Particularly risky areas (wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, groin, and all joint bends – armpits and inner thighs). Exercise extreme caution in these areas – do not constrict them or tie in a way that causes pressure. Always ensure tying that allows three fingers to be freely inserted under the rope. Monitor circulation (skin should not turn blue). Session duration: max 20-30 minutes. Use safety scissors (not included) for quick release. In case of danger, immediately cut the ropes.
• Use of the jute hood (full set only): Place on the head while ensuring communication (verbal or safety signals). It does not completely block vision, but monitor breathing and comfort. Use in a way that allows the tied person to signal problems. In case of discomfort or danger, immediately remove the hood. Do not use without supervision.
• Cleaning and storage: Wash in warm water, dry in shade. Store in a dry place, away from children.
• General recommendations: Follow SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual) or RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink) principles. If a beginner, consult an experienced practitioner. Items must not be used without appropriate knowledge of BDSM safety – correct use is the sole responsibility of the buyer/user.
• Disposal information: Product made from natural materials (coconut, jute). After use, dispose of as textile/biodegradable waste in accordance with local textile recycling or organic waste regulations. Recycling or composting recommended.
