At SVAR_fabricare, every piece is handcrafted with passion and precision. As a small artisanal workshop, we produce items to order, ensuring the highest quality and exclusivity. Production typically takes 1–2 weeks, though pre-orders may require additional time. We appreciate your patience as we craft tools worthy of your journey.
Shipping Options
We ship discreetly worldwide, with packaging designed to protect your privacy (plain, unmarked boxes—no external indications of contents).
Within Poland:
InPost Paczkomaty (parcel lockers)
Poczta Polska (standard or priority)
European Union: GLS courier
Rest of the world (including USA): FedEx (express and tracked)
Economy option (worldwide except USA): Poczta Polska registered mail
We are actively working on expanding parcel/locker options to other countries that support this service.
Shipping Costs and Times
Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected carrier.
Estimated delivery times (after production):
Poland: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–7 business days
Rest of world: 7–21 business days (customs clearance may add delays outside our control)
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically—details shown at checkout.

We never store your full credit card information. All sensitive data is handled directly by PCI DSS-compliant providers.
Full payment is required at the time of order (including pre-orders). We do not currently offer installments, but we are exploring future options.
Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages
Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Custom-made items may have limited return eligibility—contact us first.
Exchanges: Possible subject to availability.
Damaged or defective items: Report within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund after verification.
Lost packages: We work with carriers to track and resolve issues. Refunds or reshipment provided if confirmed lost.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.
