Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the goods (Consumer Rights Directive).
To exercise this right:
Notify us via email within 14 days.
Return the items within 14 days of notification.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition (where possible).
We will refund the full purchase price (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Exceptions to Withdrawal/Returns
Custom-made or personalized items: These are generally non-returnable/withdrawable, as they are crafted specifically to your order (exemption under EU law for bespoke goods). They remain eligible for claims if defective.
Hygiene/sealed products: Items related to personal hygiene or intimate use (e.g., certain tools that cannot be resold for health reasons) are final sale once unsealed or used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Report within 7 days of receipt, providing photos and details.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including return shipping costs if the error is ours).
You also benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law – contact us for any non-conformity issues.
Return Process
Contact us at svar@svar-fabricare.com to initiate a return or withdrawal.
Return the purchased goods to the address indicated in the return policy.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the return is due to our error or defect).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original condition (subject to the exceptions above). Refunds exclude original shipping costs. Customs duties are non-refundable.
